Job summary

Listings Bali is seeking a guest services host for villas in Bali. You will welcome guests and ensure a smooth stay, acting as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns.

You will coordinate check-in/check-out with relevant teams, provide villa facilities and local attraction information, and resolve complaints professionally. Collaboration with Villa Managers, Housekeeping, and Maintenance is essential. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities
