Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process reservations and changes/cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail; enter Marriott Rewards information into the system.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance; protect company assets and confidentiality; follow all policies and procedures.
