Job summary

Marriott International’s Four Points by Sheraton, Surabaya, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest reception team at our hotel on JL. Embong Malang. You will oversee check-in/check-out, supervise front desk agents, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in East Java.

Ideal candidates have prior front desk supervisory experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with PMS software. Flexible hours, including weekends/holidays, and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk supervisory or agent experience in a hotel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train front desk staff per hotel standards.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Oversee room block management and reservations.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Generate daily occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback reports.
