Job summary

Marriott International – Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya is seeking a Sales & Marketing team member to handle guest calls, requests, and reservations with courtesy, up-selling, and a focus on guest loyalty. This role emphasizes building positive relationships and promoting the brand both inside the hotel and to external partners.

You will process Marriott Rewards redemptions, perform general office duties, assist in training staff, and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems using sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Process reservations by phone, fax, or mail and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, emailing, typing).
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; serve as a role model.
• Follow policies; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; address service needs with professional language.
