Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly front desk associate to generate and deliver sales appointments for onsite sales teams or via livestream, while handling greet, registration, and guest inquiries.

This role requires excellent communication, strong customer service orientation, and comfortable use of computers and property management systems to support reservations, check-in/out, and local attraction guidance during guests’ stays and tours.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate; PMS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite resident guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay.
• Meet monthly tour budgets and KPIs set by the company.
• Assist in the tour generation process and ensure prospects meet qualification requirements.
• Complete duties relevant to the assigned shift.
• Welcome guests, conduct courtesy calls, provide tourist information, and assist with restaurant/tour bookings.
• Assist members with room requests, troubleshooting, and deliveries.
• Handle front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, cash handling, communication systems, tour bookings, and guest enquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, room availability, membership guidelines, and local attractions.
• Increase room sales, incidental revenue, tour upselling, and promotions.
• Manage website availability for non-member bookings.
