Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).

Responsibilities
