Job summary

PT Borneo Pasifik Global is seeking a Public Relations/Guest Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for guests in our fast-paced F&B environment. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and requests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience.

Build strong relationships with guests and partners, support PR activities, host media and community guests, and help manage feedback while upholding brand standards during events.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests and partners.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, VIPs, and partners.
• Support PR activities, including hosting media, KOLs, and community guests.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain brand image and service standards at all times.
• Assist in event hosting and ensure guest engagement during events.
