Kerjim Wooden Villa in Bali is seeking a friendly Front Office Staff member who can also drive for daily villa operations and guest services. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth service.

Fluent English plus good communication are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome; must hold SIM A and be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Formación

• Experience in front office, guest service, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be able to drive a car and hold a valid SIM A license.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Arrange guest transportation and assist with luggage as required.
• Drive guests for transfers or other operational needs when assigned.
• Maintain accurate front office records and guest documentation.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
