Job summary

Lyvin Melasti Villas & Suites in Bali is seeking a responsible and courteous Bell Driver to provide safe transportation for our guests, including airport transfers and local trips. You will ensure timely journeys, assist with luggage, and maintain high service standards to reflect our hospitality brand.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of driving experience, a valid SIM A, and good knowledge of Bali roads. Flexible shifts, weekend availability, and strong guest service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in property services, hospitality, or client transportation settings.
• Valid driver's license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes in the Bali area.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and guest service orientation.
• Basic communication skills in English is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for guests, including airport transfers, and requested trips.
• Greet guest courteously and assist with luggage loading/unloading.
• Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Plan routes efficiently, accounting for traffic and guest schedules.
• Coordinate with the relevant office/team on guest pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel/mileage records.
• Assist with other errands or deliveries as directed by management.
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct standards at all times.
