Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support daily shift operations across Housekeeping and Laundry.

You will collaborate with Front Desk and Engineering to maintain guest rooms and public spaces, supervise staff, and ensure inspections meet the brand's standards while helping manage the department's budget. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or a 2-year degree in Hospitality and prior housekeeping leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 1 year housekeeping experience.
• Alternatively, 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management; no work experience required.
• Experience in supervising housekeeping tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate with Front Desk on room status and arrivals.
• Supervise cleaning schedule and assign tasks.
• Monitor supply inventories and order as needed.
• Support cost control and budget adherence.
