Qualifications

• Less than 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval and transport luggage to/from guest rooms or bell area.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and arranging transportation (taxi, shuttle, limousine).
• Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed and communicate parking procedures to guests.
• Follow up with guests to ensure requests are met and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
