Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major and related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations to ensure hospitality standards.
• Represent management in resolving guest or property situations.
• Direct guests within the lobby and manage the flow of questions.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all departments to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures and SOPs.
