Job summary

25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to deliver a memorable guest journey from arrival through departure. You will handle check-ins, room keys, and cashiering, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for at every touchpoint.

Greet guests, register them, and maintain guest histories while coordinating with other departments to fulfill requests. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and cashiering with a warm welcome.
• Greet guests, register them, and issue keys per standards; recognise VIPs.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and maintain guest history.
• Recommend F&B outlets and hotel facilities to enhance guest stay; handle complaints tactfully.
• Protect guest privacy, manage mail and calls, and monitor in-house credit; report issues to management.
• Stay informed on F&B services and safety procedures; attend briefings and maintain uniform and hygiene standards.
