Job summary

25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Officer to welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

You should hold a diploma or degree in Tourism or Hospitality, have at least 1 year of guest-facing experience, and strong English skills. Indonesian language abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude are a plus. This is an on-site, full-time role in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year in a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out and manage cashiering.
• Promote facilities, dining options, and services to guests.
• Provide personalized touches for VIPs and repeat guests.
• Be the go-to person for guest questions and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records with preferences and history.
• Handle calls, messages, and mail with confidentiality.
• Attend briefings and training to stay updated on services.
• Maintain punctuality, uniform, appearance, and positive attitude.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
