Responsibilities

• Greet guests at check-in/check-out and handle cashiering, keys, and room setup.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining options, and services to guests.
• Personalize welcome touches for VIPs and repeat guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest questions and requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records with preferences/history for personalized service.
• Handle calls, messages, and mail professionally while protecting guest privacy.
• Attend briefings and training to stay updated on services and procedures.
• Maintain appearance, punctuality, and professional behavior on shift.
• Support additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
