Responsibilities

• Define and direct the overarching Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for all digital partnership initiatives across Gaming, OTT, and Financial Services.
• Oversee partner integrations, cross-functional delivery, and API onboarding to ensure on-time, within-budget implementations.
• Manage digital service operations, incident governance, monitoring, and SLA adherence for live services.
• Direct the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to drive user adoption and penetration.
• Develop reporting dashboards and translate delivery and campaign metrics into actionable insights.
