Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to define and execute the postpaid strategy and annual plan. You will translate XL brand direction into customer-focused campaigns and activation across channels, partnerships, and moments.

Responsibilities include defining target Narratives, coordinating with product, GTM, CLM, and sales teams, and ensuring consistent messaging. A data-driven approach will drive optimization and spend efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in brand management, segment marketing, integrated marketing, campaign development, or marketing activation in a consumer industry.
• Brand/Integrated/Digital Marketing certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the postpaid marketing strategy and annual plan aligned with XL brand direction and postpaid business targets.
• Define target-customer priorities, proposition narratives, communication themes, and campaign briefs for postpaid offers.
• Lead postpaid campaign development and integrated activation across relevant channels, partnerships, and customer moments.
• Coordinate with Postpaid Product & GTM, CLM & Touchpoints, Sales, and Channel teams to ensure campaign and launch readiness.
• Ensure consistent postpaid messaging across campaigns, digital touchpoints, partnerships, and sales materials.
• Monitor brand, campaign, acquisition, and marketing-spend performance, then recommend timely improvements
