Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a hands-on Product Delivery Lead to translate product strategies into actionable plans and coordinate across Product, Network, IT, Digital, Sales, and Finance to ensure timely launches and lifecycle management.

You will manage requirements gathering, testing, readiness checks, launch coordination, and post-launch monitoring, while tracking performance and customer feedback to drive improvements. A strong cross-functional leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience translating strategy into actionable delivery plans.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Network, IT, Digital, Sales, Finance, and others.
• Strong track record in managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into delivery plans, timelines and milestones for launches and enhancements.
• Lead day-to-day coordination across multiple functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage product implementation activities: requirements, testing, readiness, launch coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
• Monitor performance and customer feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
