Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Strategy and Growth Manager to drive strategic decisions for Traveloka's Travel Activities vertical. You will shape top partner programs, governance, and analytics to deliver recommendations hitting financial targets.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, you will own strategy for top Key Accounts, identify growth opportunities, design commercial programs, and track performance across geographies with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a quantitative field; MBA or Master's is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in travel, tech, or global consulting is a plus.
• Strong P&L fluency and understanding of growth levers.
• Sharp analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Results-driven with a first-principles mindset and strong project management.
• Proven collaboration across geographies, functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to influence at all levels.
• Fast learner who translates industry shifts into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for top Key Accounts and the Events pillar across locales and channels.
• Identify growth opportunities across demand, fulfillment, and supply.
• Design commercial programs and support partner execution.
• Formulate marketing and commercial term recommendations with regional teams.
• Define and execute against financial goals cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Finance.
• Shape sourcing strategy across 3PS and B2B Go-To-Market channels.
• Track performance against targets and drive implementation through cross-functional influence.
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen strategic focus and surface growth opportunities.
