Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a senior Growth/Performance Marketing leader to run multi-channel campaigns at scale in a high-velocity environment. You will design experiments to measure incremental impact, challenge the status quo, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for growth capital deployment.

You will lead a team, partner with product, finance and creative stakeholders, and own end-to-end analysis from data to decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background with evidence of analytics impact.
• Experience designing and running growth experiments (A/B tests, holdouts).
• Ability to build a point of view from data and defend it.

Responsibilities

• Own a performance portfolio; manage campaigns across channels and markets.
• Design tests to measure incremental impact and optimize spend.
• Lead platform relationships and negotiate early access to new products.
• Pull and validate numbers; translate data into actionable narratives.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting and workflows.
