GoTo Group is seeking a Head of Business & Growth for GoPay Later to drive growth strategy and translate insights into actionable GTM plans. You will lead a high-performing team across product, marketing, risk, and finance to deliver ambitious targets in Indonesia.

You will balance growth with credit quality, leveraging data and customer insights to shape the product roadmap and measure impact within the GoTo ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, or product/business management roles in the BNPL or consumer lending industry.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in user, transaction, or revenue metrics for a consumer product.
• Solid understanding of credit products and the trade-off between growth and risk.
• Strong data analytical skills; comfortable working hands-on with data to find insights, size opportunities, and evaluate impact.
• Experience taking initiatives end to end, from opportunity identification and GTM planning to execution and post-launch measurement.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, including with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own GoPay Later’s growth strategy and targets for users, transactions, and GTV, and translate them into a clear strategy of prioritized initiatives.
• Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis, customer research, and market understanding, including new user segments, use cases, merchants, and ecosystem touchpoints.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new and existing initiatives, marketing campaigns, and partnership levers.
• Develop the product roadmap, leveraging customer insights and data to decide which features and improvements to build and in the right order of priority.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, Risk, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Finance, aligning priorities and removing blockers to get initiatives live.
• Work with the credit risk team to balance growth with credit quality, ensuring initiatives grow the portfolio responsibly.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
