Job summary

GoPay is seeking a Head of Business & Growth for GoPay Later in Jakarta to own the growth strategy, drive GTM plans, and lead a high-performing team. You will balance growth with risk by collaborating with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Finance, leveraging data to identify new user segments and opportunities.

You will develop the product roadmap, prioritize features, and translate insights into measurable initiatives that boost users, transactions, and GTV within the GoTo ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, or product/business management roles in BNPL or consumer lending.

Responsibilities

• Own GoPay Later’s growth strategy and targets for users, transactions, and GTV.
• Translate opportunities into clear GTM initiatives across product and marketing.
• Develop the product roadmap based on customer insights and data.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, Risk, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
• Balance growth with credit quality with the risk team.
