GoTo Financial's GoPayLater team is seeking a senior growth strategist to own the growth strategy, define priority initiatives, and drive measurable user, transaction, and revenue growth in Indonesia. You will lead GTM plans, collaborate across Marketing, Product, Risk, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Finance, and balance growth with credit quality while building a high-performing team.

8+ years in growth, strategy, or product roles in BNPL or consumer lending.
Proven track record of driving growth in user, transaction, or revenue metrics.
Strong understanding of credit products and growth-risk trade-offs.
Excellent data analysis skills with hands-on data work for insights and impact.

Responsabilités

Own GoPayLater growth strategy, prioritizing initiatives.
Identify new growth opportunities via data analysis and market research.
Develop go-to-market plans for campaigns and partnerships.
Develop product roadmap using customer insights and data.
Drive cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, Risk, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
Balance growth with credit quality; grow the portfolio responsibly.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
