Job summary

Wadhwani Accelerate seeks a Manager – Services Development to build and scale the services layer of its assisted growth programs. You will bridge product design, expert network development, and service delivery enablement to convert growth challenges into repeatable offerings.

You will lead the creation of a structured service matrix, define bundles for Accelerate Select and Accelerate Core, and manage expert engagement models across regions while ensuring delivery quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• 5–7 years of work experience in consulting, SME advisory, professional services, program management, or ecosystem-focused roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear service offerings.
• Experience working with external experts, consultants, or partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth archetypes into structured service offerings.
• Develop service modules across key execution hurdles (working capital & finance; sales process & capability; market entry & channel strategy; product readiness & positioning; regulatory & compliance).
• Build and manage a curated panel of regional and national experts across domains such as exports, sales growth, finance, and product strategy.
• Standardize service delivery through playbooks, templates, and diagnostic frameworks; monitor quality and scalability.
