Job Description

Location: Indonesia

Role Purpose: Build and manage a strong ecosystem of mentors, service providers, and consulting firms to support SMEs by matching the right advisors to business needs and driving active engagement through the Wadhwani platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard mentors (industry & functional experts) across assigned cities
• Build city-wise networks of service providers (legal, audit, IT, marketing, etc.)
• Engage 4–5 SME-focused consulting firms per city
• Match advisors to SME problem statements and drive active utilization
• Ensure advisor participation on the community platform and in knowledge sharing

KRAs:

• 30 qualified advisors sourced and onboarded
• 80% utilization of first 10 curated advisors/firms

Experience: 3–7 years in ecosystem development, partner/vendor management, consulting coordination, or SME support roles. Strong stakeholder management and networking skills required.
