• Frame and solve business problems by identifying root causes, sizing the opportunity, and building clear recommendations with trade‑offs to drive platform growth.
• Own end‑to‑end project execution: from scoping and planning to tracking progress and reporting results to senior leadership.
• Analyze performance data to understand business performance, uncover insights, and determine the actions that will drive the greatest impact.
• Work across teams to drive alignment and keep initiatives moving.
• Produce polished outputs: strategy memos/decks, data analyses, and stakeholder updates that are clear and concise.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative‑based majors.
• 2‑3 years of experience in management consulting, e-commerce, or a high‑growth technology company.
• Strong problem‑solving and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• Advanced analytical proficiency with strong capabilities in handling large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and alignment sessions.
