Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with teams across divisions to understand opportunities and develop high-impact features. You will join the Risk Team to grow registration rates by building, testing, and optimizing sign-up flows for Kredivo accounts.

Work with designers and engineers to ship internal features, grounding decisions in user research and data. The role requires strong English communication and a startup mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of product or project management experience in a startup environment
• Hands-on SQL with understanding of software development
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
• Analytical and problem-solving with intuition for user behavior
• Self-starter with strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Build and improve products that help Kredivo employees do their best work
• Build relationships with departments across Kredivo including operations, finance, sales and marketing
• Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate schedules with engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences to internal Kredivo teams
• Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements
• Lead exploratory investigations to identify opportunities with new teams and develop hypotheses into concrete projects
