Job summary

Confidential in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate Modern Trade expansion by identifying, acquiring, and developing opportunities across Horeca, Entertainment, Recreation & Leisure, and Sport & Health & Wellbeing channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver growth, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and ensure compliant execution of commercial plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• 3–5 years in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles.
• Experience in FMCG, Horeca, Food Service, or Modern Trade is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
• Conduct market mapping and build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Lead prospecting, customer meetings, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor pipeline performance, customer activation, and early-stage account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive sustainable business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and commercial governance.
