Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate Modern Trade expansion in Surabaya and surrounding regions. You will identify, acquire, and develop new opportunities across Horeca, Entertainment, Recreation & Leisure, and Sport & Health & Wellbeing channels to drive sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver compelling proposals, manage the pipeline, and onboard new customers while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or related roles.
• FMCG, Horeca, Food Service, or Modern Trade experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
• Conduct market mapping and build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Lead prospecting, customer meetings, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor pipeline performance, customer activation, and early-stage account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive sustainable business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and commercial governance.
