Job summary

PT Expat Roasters Indonesia is seeking a proactive events and marketing specialist to identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies to support company objectives.

You will plan, execute, and evaluate events, manage brand partnerships, create social media content, and coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to ensure smooth operations. Proficiency with Google Sheets/Drive and Canva will be valued for reports, recaps, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Manage event planning and execution to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Build, maintain, and develop relationships with brand partners and key stakeholders, including negotiating partnership opportunities and closing deals.
• Manage brand collaborations from initial negotiations through to execution and evaluation.
• Maintain and organize marketing and event-related data, records, and documentation using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Prepare event recaps, activity schedules, event performance reports, and invoices when required.
• Plan and execute events, including internal coordination, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Develop event briefs and detailed checklists to outline requirements and ensure all team members understand the event flow and responsibilities.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Create social media captions, professional communications, and announcements in accordance with the company's brand tone and guidelines.
• Design basic promotional materials using Canva, including posters, banners, and event menus.
• Support both digital and offline marketing activities, including event documentation and post-event evaluation.
• Develop detailed and accurate event mind maps to outline event concepts, requirements, timelines, and execution plans.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and business activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and business growth.
