Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to work in the field with high mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-up with potential members.
• Monitor the development of funding/lending portfolio and ensure achievement of targets.
• Follow up with members and potential members while maintaining relationships and service quality.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, prospect pipeline, and target achievement.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service and administrative processes.
