Responsibilities

• Design and build new consumer lending products from market research to launch.
• Grow digital lending business by new partner acquisition and customer adoption.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: define scope, timelines, blockers, delivery.
• Use data (SQL, Python) to find insights, run experiments, support product and credit decisions.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency, customer experience, and portfolio quality.
• Keep management and stakeholders updated on product performance, risks, and progress.
• Work with external and internal teams to deliver compliant, scalable products.
