BVR Group is seeking a Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to develop and execute digital strategies that boost brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue in Bali, Indonesia. You will plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, while guiding a cross-functional marketing team toward ambitious goals.

The role requires at least 3 years of leadership experience in performance or growth marketing, with a proven track record of delivering

• Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing, with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO and other channels.
• Proficient in analytics tools and marketing attribution.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, conversion rates, and CAC.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research and trends.
• Develop strategies to improve website traffic, leads and conversions.
• Manage budgets and allocate advertising resources efficiently.
• Analyze data and generate performance reports with insights.
• Collaborate with content, creative, sales and business development teams.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns via A/B testing and targeting.
