Job summary

BVR Group is seeking a Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to develop and execute digital strategies that boost brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue in Bali, Indonesia. You will plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, while guiding a cross-functional marketing team toward ambitious goals.

The role requires at least 3 years of leadership experience in performance or growth marketing, with a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing, with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO and other channels.
• Proficient in analytics tools and marketing attribution.

Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms. Lead and coordinate the digital marketing team to achieve business and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC)

Identify growth opportunities through market research, audience analysis, and digital marketing trends

Develop and implement strategies to improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates

Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising resources

Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports with actionable insights

Collaborate with content, creative, sales, and business development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns

Continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis

Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns and delivering measurable business results

Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing channels

Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio

Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, marketing funnels, and performance metrics

Experienced in managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign ROI and ROAS

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and market trends

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
