Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing with 3 years in a supervisor/senior role.
• Experience in Personal care/beauty or FMCG preferred.
• Proven success in managing Google Ads and E‑Commerce Ads (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage targeting, placement, bidding, campaign settings and budget across paid media and marketplace channels.
• Execute real-time budget reallocations or pauses based on performance.
• Lead promotional campaigns driven by product performance evaluations.
• Manage end‑to‑end paid media and marketplace campaigns including affiliate and live commerce.
• Determine testing priorities, evaluate AB test results and decide on scaling or optimization.
• Lead customer-relations strategies for retargeting and repeat purchases.
• Establish metrics for ad effectiveness and monitoring cadences.
