CarousellMOBILE, part of Carousell Group, is hiring a Growth Manager to own profitability and growth from Indonesia with a Singapore-based team. You will lead a lean online sales setup, driving revenue and improving stores and marketplaces.

You will analyze data, optimize websites, and collaborate on campaigns while mentoring the online sales team for higher performance. This role offers hybrid work from Indonesia and regular visits to Singapore stores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce, online merchandising, retail, category management or business analysis.
• Fluent with BI dashboards.
• Experience using AI tools daily.
• Able to explain number movements and actions.
• Think like a business owner, not just an analyst.
• Curious, hungry and eager to learn.
• Bonus: SEO experience or knowledge of mobile/e-commerce or Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers and drive sales and conversion across stores and online channels.
• Shape websites and storefronts, grow organic traffic via SEO, collaborate with designer on banners/campaigns.
• Grow buyback by finding new devices through awareness, advocacy and partnerships.
• Analyze sales and inventory data with BI dashboards and compare to competitors.
• Turn insight into action, guiding online sales and store teams for results.
• Grow people by coaching online sales admins towards bigger roles.
