Funding Societies | Modalku in Surabaya is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow our SME banking portfolio. You will generate leads, qualify inquiries, and expand existing relationships with SME clients in a fast-paced fintech environment in growth mode.

You should have SME financing or B2B sales experience, strong industry knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in SME financing and/or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of general industries with focus on 1–2 sectors.
• Good network of SME businesses and the ability to expand relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for SME financing, qualify leads, retain and expand existing relationships, and follow up inquiries.
• Identify borrower needs and craft high-value customer solutions.
• Present and pitch products to potential customers and negotiate terms.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finds with clients to uncover business needs, benefits sought and barriers to sale.
• Support major project and partnership tenders as required.
