Job summary

Delamibrands and its sister company HeathyChoice are seeking a performance marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace channels to drive customer acquisition, online sales, traffic, and brand growth.

You will collaborate with E-Commerce, Creative, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure marketing investment delivers measurable business results and to optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG, F&B, healthy food, beauty, retail, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnel and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
• Plan digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, marketplace ads, and other channels.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Drive online revenue through website, marketplace, and other digital channels; implement retargeting and conversion campaigns.
• Work with the team to optimize the customer journey from awareness to repeat purchase.
