Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Manager to lead our performance marketing strategy and drive acquisition and revenue growth across Meta, TikTok, Google/SEM, and other paid channels.

You will own the end-to-end performance marketing funnel—from strategy and budget allocation to campaign execution, conversion optimization, and performance analysis—building a scalable acquisition engine for fast-growing consumer brands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in high-growth consumer, beauty, healthcare, F&B, or e-commerce businesses.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment; able to turn data into business decisions and growth actions.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing CAC/ROAS.
• Strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Performance Strategy: Own performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google/SEM, and other paid channels
• Budget & Performance: Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and acquisition revenue
• Funnel Optimization: Identify and execute initiatives to improve lead quality, conversion, and acquisition efficiency
• Campaign & Creative: Partner with Creative to test, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns
• Growth & Analytics: Identify growth opportunities through data, experimentation, and performance analysis
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the performance marketing team; set goals and drive accountability
• Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Growth, Creative, Telesales, and Operations teams
