Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with ecommerce and marketplace advertising.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion funnels, retargeting, and attribution.
• Analytical with ability to run dashboards and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising
• Plan and optimize advertising budgets
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, and marketing efficiency
• Build and optimize customer acquisition and retargeting funnels
• Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies
• Manage A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Improve website and e-commerce conversion performance
• Support CRM segmentation, repeat purchase, and customer retention programs
• Ensure proper tracking, attribution, pixels, GA4, and campaign reporting
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for the creative and content teams

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with e‑commerce and marketplace advertising is also essential
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion funnels, retargeting, and attribution
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and analytics
• Strong commercial mindset — not only focused on traffic, but on revenue and profitability
• Able to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
• Proactive, analytical, and highly performance‑driven
