Job summary

Cartrack South East Asia is seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our Jakarta-based team. You will plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring targeting and landing pages work together to drive high-quality leads.

You will monitor ad spend, analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and generate reports with actionable insights. Collaboration with sales and creative teams is essential to optimize campaigns and improve lead conversion

Qualifications

Proven experience in performance marketing or lead generation, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Proficient in English for effective communication and reporting.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and collaboration with creative and sales teams.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

Plan, create and execute lead generation campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok.
