Job summary

PT Luxfeline Global Technology is seeking a results-driven Ads Marketing professional to manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads. The role emphasizes performance marketing, data analysis, and driving traffic, leads, and conversions from on-site channels in Jakarta.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, be proficient in Excel/Sheets for reporting, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on experience in paid advertising across platforms.
• Experience managing performance campaigns and optimizing ROAS/CPA.
• Experience with TikTok Shop or ecommerce ads is a plus.
• Ability to read data and translate insights into optimization actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor budgets, bids, ROAS, CPA daily.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, placements.
• Prepare detailed reports for management (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, TSP and livestream teams.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices.
• Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
