Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a proactive Sales Hunter to develop new business opportunities with potential customers in Jakarta. You will execute the sales process, manage the pipeline in the CRM, and coordinate with the overseas network to convert leads into opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree, has at least 2 years in freight forwarding sales, and demonstrates strong English communication, problem solving, and MS Office skills to meet

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Minimum 2 years as a Sales Hunter in Freight Forwarding or similar.
Basic knowledge of Logistics and Freight Forwarding, especially Commercial.
Strong communication, problem solving and customer-focused skills.
Local market knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential Customers in the assigned territory.
Manage the sales pipeline and CRM activities, including calls, visits and opportunities.
Achieve monthly opportunities targets and drive volume projections.
Support overseas network with sales leads and customer insights.
Coordinate actions to plan short/long term strategies to reach targets.
