Responsibilities

• Grow GMV from existing merchants through account optimization.
• Liaise with merchants and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Collaborate with Business Development on merchant success and campaigns.
• Set partner priorities, plan promos, and educate users.
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly merchant reports.
• Support merchant quarterly reviews and analytics.
• Improve merchant visibility and service levels.
