Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods brands.
• Hands‑on experience with digital advertising, especially Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of the digital sales funnel, from awareness and traffic to conversion.
• Ability to analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, traffic, and sales performance.
• Ability to develop digital campaign strategies that drive traffic and sales.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Social Media, Creative, KOL, E‑commerce, and Affiliate teams.

• Test ads, audiences, creatives, offers, and campaigns to find the most effective approach.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
