Job summary

ITSEC, a leading cybersecurity company listed on the IDX, seeks a senior marketing leader in Jakarta to own and accelerate growth across Asia and ITSEC Academy. You will drive full-funnel strategies, partner with Sales to optimize leads, and deliver data-driven optimization across CAC and CPI metrics.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, refresh marketing plans quarterly, and ensure adherence to premium branding guidelines across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience driving acquisition and growth for B2B SaaS and consumer apps with CAC/CPI accountability.
• Strong command of paid media, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Experience in cybersecurity/fintech/regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the commercial growth within the Communications Division across ITSEC Asia and ITSEC Academy.
• Develop and execute full-funnel integrated marketing strategies for B2B SaaS products.
• Translate targets into actionable campaign briefs, channel strategies, and budgets.
• Maintain daily funnel optimization, weekly status updates, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead quality, routing, and conversion velocity.
• Analyze performance dashboards and user behavior to refine campaigns.
