KAI Hair Clinic is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to build a strong digital presence and generate quality leads for its premium hair care brand. The role focuses on website optimization, SEO/SEM strategy, and managing Google, Meta, and TikTok ads to support growth.

Drive performance with data analysis, collaborate with the creative team, and ensure campaigns boost leads and brand awareness. 1–3 years of ad campaign experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience running digital ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Proven track record of increasing leads/sales with positive ROI/ROAS.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize website traffic, SEO, and conversion performance.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page & off-page).
• Run and monitor SEM & Paid Ads Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Analyze digital marketing performance and create campaign reports.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPL and optimize ads accordingly.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align content with digital strategy.
• Ensure all activities contribute to leads and brand awareness targets.
