Job summary

Finku is seeking a dynamic Growth & Content Lead to develop and execute our organic social media strategy. You will create and scale short-form content to maximize reach, engagement, and shareability, researching trends and audience insights to fuel high-performing ideas.

Collaborate with designers, creators, and internal teams to produce compelling content; analyze performance and continuously test new hooks and storytelling approaches.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in social media, content, growth, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing or viral content.
• Strong understanding of content frameworks and social media algorithms.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Role Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Social Media, Content, Growth, or Digital Marketing.


• Proven track record of creating high-performing or viral content (portfolio required).


• Strong understanding of content frameworks, storytelling, and social media algorithms.


• Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences and digital culture.


• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.


• Creative, analytical, and highly experimental.
