Job summary

PROFINDO KARYA UTAMA is seeking a Business Development professional to proactively identify and close new opportunities in interior fit-out and construction. You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with design and project teams, and drive market growth while maintaining a strong client pipeline.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in BD, fluent English, and good negotiation and communication skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a plus.
Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Experience in business development, preferably in interior fit-out or contractor industry.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategy.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline (new leads and existing clients).
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with interior designers and consultants for project development.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
Prepare regular reports and updates for the BD Manager.
Drive innovation in sales approach and project execution.
