Job summary

PT Reycom Document Solusi is seeking a Business Development Manager (Project Creator) to generate new projects from scratch in the Banking sector and Government Ministries. You will hunt for opportunities, map accounts, present ROI concepts, and close deals, steering them from initial win to Go-Live and ongoing Managed Services.

You will build account strategies to secure recurring revenue, coordinate with internal teams, and leverage your network at senior levels.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field; Business Management, IT, or Communication Science prioritized.
5–7 years of S ales/Business Development experience in B2B environments.
Proven track record closing projects with Himbara banks, private banks, or government entities.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end project creation (hunting, creating), including account mapping, solution & ROI concept, presentation, closing, and delivery to Go-Live.
Design and manage account management strategies for recurring revenue via Managed Services and repeat orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
